PORT COLBOURNE ITALIAN FLAT BREAD | |
1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 3 green onions, chopped (about 3 tbsp.) 1 garlic clove, minced or 1/8 tsp. instant minced or garlic powder 1 (10 oz.) can "Hungry Jack" or similar refrigerated biscuit Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients except biscuits. Press each biscuit into 4" circle and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture over each circle to within 1/4" of edge. Bake about 10 to 13 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Yield: 10 breads. |
