RIESKA (FINNISH FLAT BREAD) 
4 1/2 c. white flour
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. dark flour (whole wheat)
Salt, sprinkle
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2-3/4 c. melted butter

Mix and divide in 4 flat loaves. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
