BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 c. shortening or butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
miniature marshmallows, optional

Mix everything except marshmallows by hand just enough to blend. Do not over mix.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. If desired cover with miniature marshmallows while still hot.

Icing, Optional:

1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. evaporated milk

Cook until small amount forms soft ball when dropped in cold water. Cover brownies.
