GROUSE BREAST IN RICE 
3-6 grouse breasts
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 pkg. chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni

Prepare Rice-A-Roni as directed. Meanwhile, brown breasts with onions in butter. About 15 minutes before Rice-A-Roni is done, nestle breasts down in the rice; sprinkle onions on top. Cover tightly and steam until rice is done and breasts are tender.
