SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
1/4 c. bell pepper, diced sm.
1/4 c. onion, diced sm.
1/4 c. celery, diced sm.
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 box Rice-A-Roni, fried with almonds

Saute bell peppers, onions, and celery in 2 tablespoons butter until tender; remove from pan and pour off excess butter. Prepare rice as directed on box, reducing water 1/4 cup. Add bell pepper, onion, and celery with the seasoning mix. Let cook until most water is gone; add raw shrimp, tossing them though mixture. Cover and cook until all mixture is gone. Serve hot. When shrimp get good pink it will be done.
