CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 whole chicken, cut up 2 boxes of Rice-a-Roni Chinese fried rice 5 c. water 3/4 c. frozen peas 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup In large bowl mix Rice-a-Roni, water, peas, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, black pepper and can of mushroom soup. Place ingredients in a large 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Place whole pieces of chicken on top of rice. Start baking at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. TOPPING: Take chicken out, mix: 1 can of mushroom soup 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. soy sauce Pour on top of chicken. Bake 20 or 25 minutes longer. |
