CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 sticks of carrots
1 1/2 c. rice
1 soup can of broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread crumbs

Boil chicken, onion, celery and carrots until done. Cook rice and drain it. Cook peas. In casserole dish make a layer of rice, add the boiled ingredients, then add chicken soup and one can of broth, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
