SCONES 
1 1/2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. oil
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
Raisins (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Mix well (dough will be very sticky, so best to use hands). With fingers, place biscuit size drop of dough on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 12 scones. Serve with honey butter.

HONEY BUTTER:

1/4 c. butter, softened but not melted
1/4 c. butter, softened but not melted
1/4 c. honey
