THREE CHEESE MANICOTTI 
1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. container sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
8-10 manicotti shells

Combine 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and a little salt and pepper. Stir gently and set aside.

Cook manicotti shells. Drain. Loosely stuff (about 1/4 cup per shell). Pour 1/2 to 1 cup of sauce into shallow casserole, arrange stuffed shells in sauce. Then pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella over top. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
