TUNA RICE SALAD 
4-5 c. cooked rice or macaroni
1 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 sm. zucchini (good with both green & yellow)
2 tomatoes, in wedges (sliced radishes can be substituted)
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced green onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans tuna or chunk chicken

Mix salad dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients and chill at least 4 hours. Can serve on avocado halves or garnish with avocado. I like this made with brown rice best of all.
