YELLOW SQUASH SOUP 
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
6-8 squash, cut up
3 c. chicken broth (may use canned)
1 pt. half and half
Salt, pepper
Nutmeg

Saute onions in butter. Add broth and squash and cook until squash is done.. Put in blender. Add half and half and puree. Season with salt and pepper. When ready to serve, grate a little nutmeg on top. Serve hot or cold.
