MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
3 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil (heated)
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream style corn

Mix well and bake at 400 degrees until brown.
