MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. meal
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. yellow cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and bake in large iron skillet at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
