HOT PEPPER RELISH 
6 hot peppers
12 green peppers
6 onions
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt

Chop ingredients. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Add vinegar and salt and boil 5 minutes. Pack hot. Approximately 4 pints.
