COUNTRY HOT RELISH 
2 tomatoes
1 small onion (minced)
1 green pepper (minced)
1 pod hot red or green pepper (seeded and finely minced)
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients. Stir well. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Sauce may be kept in refrigerator for up to one week.
