HOT DISH CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. elbow spaghetti, cooked 2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. canned corn 2 c. tomato sauce 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can halved black olives 1 sm. can mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper, paprika and cayenne to taste 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. grated cheese Fry onion and green pepper in butter. Add meat and cook. Combine all ingredients, except last 1/2 cup grated cheese, in casserole and top with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Heat in oven. Makes 2 large casseroles. |
