4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. salt
8 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. butter

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Sift together sugar and cocoa. Now thoroughly mix all dry ingredients together. Now cut in butter with a cutter being sure to not leave any large chunks. Store mix in a covered container in a cool place.

Now to make brownies: Oven 350 degrees for 13 x 9 inch pan use: 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/3 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs and vanilla with wire whisk in medium size bowl. Add mix. Batter will be lumpy. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Mix will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator.
