1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed with strings discarded
1 tsp. unsalted butter

In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, blanch the snow peas for 1 minute or until they are crisp-tender. Drain the snow peas well and in a bowl toss them with the butter. Serves 2.
