'NO - CRUST' COCONUT CREME PIE | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs 2 tbsp. butter 1 can coconut (13 1/2 oz. size) Mix all ingredients in blender on "high" for 1 minute. Put in buttered 9 1/2 to 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly before serving. |
