MAKES - ITS - OWN - CRUST
COCONUT PIE
 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in order given; mix well. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This will be rather soft appearing in middle. Done properly you will have a delicate crust over top and sides. Bottom will be solid enough to cut well when cool; center will be cream pie consistency.
