CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 soup can milk
1 can mushrooms
Cheese (American or Cheddar)

Boil cauliflower until tender, drain and place in casserole dish. Cover with slices of cheese. Warm soup, milk and butter. Add mushrooms. Pour sauce over cauliflower. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are golden brown.
