BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Sharp cheese; grated

Cook broccoli and cauliflower by package directions drain. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
