BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 sm. head cauliflower (flowerets)
1 sm. head broccoli (flowerets)
1 lg. carrot, grated
1/2 c. chopped celery (1 stalk)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. water
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine vegetables in pot with water and bouillon cubes. Simmer until tender. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Add milk and cheese. Bring to boil, stirring always. Add to soup mixture. This soup is light and delicious!
