CAULIFLOWER, CHICKEN SOUP 
1 head cauliflower, cut sm. and cooked
1/2 c. butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. milk
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks

Cook cauliflower; drain and set aside. Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour. Cook 5 minutes. Add milk, stir in cheese until smooth. Add chicken broth and cauliflower. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked chicken. Serve.
