APRICOT NUT BREAD | |
1/3 c. butter 2/3 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. apricot puree 3 tbsp. orange juice 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, puree and juice. Mix dry ingredients together and add at once, plus nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, at 350 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. |
