BROCCOLI SOUP (Microwave) 
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. water
1 onion
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. chicken bouillon
4 c. milk
4 oz. American cheese, cubed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard

Combine broccoli, water and onion. Microwave 5 to 6 minutes covered. Melt butter. Add flour, salt and chicken bouillon. Gradually add milk. Microwave 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
