CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP (FOR
MICROWAVE)
 
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked, drained
Dash of pepper

Microwave onions and butter in 2 quart casserole or bowl on High 30 seconds to 1 minute or until onions are tender. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every 3 minutes. Makes 4 3/4 cup servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
