NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour 1 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. boiling water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT 1 cup boiling water. Beat 2 minutes with mixer at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost. |
