CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. rice
6 chicken thighs
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
2 c. water

Season thighs, lay on top of dry rice in baking dish. Pour on soups, adding onion soup last. Add water and bake at least 1 1/2 hours on 350-375 degrees.
