LOW COUNTRY SHRIMP BROIL 
2 lb. shrimp (in or out of shell)
4 links smoked sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces
4 ears of corn on cob

Drop corn in water and boil 15-20 minutes. Drop chopped sausage in corn and boil 8-10 minutes. Drop shrimp in with sausage and corn and boil until done (pink). These flavors do not mix while cooking.

Remove corn to drain. Remove sausage to drain. Remove shrimp and put in serving bowl with sausage and corn. Arrange attractively. Shell shrimp and dip in sauce. Serves 4.

SHRIMP SAUCE:

Catsup
French dressing
Dash of Texas Pete
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Dip corn in melted butter sauce. This recipe takes about 40-45 minutes and only one pot. Easy to clean up after. Quick and easy for a fast party preparation or a quick meal. Serve with a salad and French fries.
