BROILED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. raw shrimp
Prudhomme Seafood Seasoning
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 stick butter
1/8 c. olive oil
1/8 c. peanut oil
Juice of 3 lemons
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Tabasco to taste

Sprinkle peeled raw shrimp with Seafood Seasoning. Make a basting sauce of the remaining ingredients. Broil the shrimp quickly on both sides, basting frequently with the sauce. Serve with steak.
