3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. season salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Makes 4 dozen cut in squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown. Can warm over in microwave. Can freeze leftovers.
