3 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. imported Italian cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Put sliced zucchini in 13 x 9 inch Pyrex baking dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients together well with electric mixer. Pour over zucchini making sure it spreads evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown.
