LEMON GARLIC BROILED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. med. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
3 drops hot sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Place shrimp in a single layer in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan and set aside. Saute garlic in butter until garlic is brown; remove and discard garlic. Add next 6 ingredients, stirring well; pour mixture over shrimp. Broil shrimp 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes, basting once. Sprinkle with parsley; serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
