YEAYA'S SESAME COOKIES 
1 lb. butter, unsalted (can use 1/2 butter, 1/2 butter)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 jar sesame seeds
4-5 c. sifted flour

Cream softened butter, add sugar gradually and beat. Add vanilla and almond extracts, egg yolks and beat.

Gradually add 4 to 4 1/2 cups flour and mix thoroughly. Let dough stand overnight before shaping.
