6 WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (8 oz.) box (4 c.) Raisin Bran cereal
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 1/2 boxes raisins
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
Nut meats, if desired

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in greased or paper-lined muffin tins for 12-15 minutes on 400 degrees. This batter can be stored in a covered bowl for 6-7 weeks in refrigerator. Bake as you need them. Makes 5-6 dozen muffins.
