6 WEEK RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran

Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Spoon dough from top of container. Place in muffin pans (2/3 full). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Good warm or cold.
