BROCCOLI AND RICE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 c. uncooked white rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced water chestnuts (optional)
2 onions, chopped and sauteed in butter
Buttered cracker or bread crumbs

Cook broccoli and drain. Cook rice. Mix all ingredients. Put in 3 quart casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
