CHINESE RICE SALAD 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 med. onion, chopped
4 oz. chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Cook rice and chill. Add peas, celery and onion. Place dressing ingredients in jar and shake well. Just before serving, add dressing until salad appears moist. Add noodles. Toss and serve. Serves 8.
