CHICKEN COBBLER 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter in deep baking dish. Mix flour and milk. Make a thick paste, pour in baking dish. Do not stir. Combine chicken and broth, pour in dish. Do not stir. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
