SHOO-FLY PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. black strap molasses
1 tsp. baking soda in molasses
1 c. boiling water

Molasses contains sulphur.

CRUMBS:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
Piece of butter size of egg (1/4 c.)
Little salt

Mix well until crumbly.

Stir well, then add 1/2 of crumbs. Put into unbaked pie shell (I bake shell for a few minutes in 350 degree oven). Add rest of crumbs on top of pie and bake in slow oven for almost 1 hour.
