TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Trim excess fat off meat. Mix remaining ingredients to make marinade; put in a shallow dish. Put steak in marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning meat several times. Preheat broiler or grill, use a low setting on gas grill or use lower rack position for broiling. Broil on grill 7 to 10 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Baste occasionally with marinade; turn once.
