SALMON STEAK TERIYAKI 
4 salmon steaks
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine oil, lemon, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and garlic powder. Marinate steaks for 1 hour. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side. Great for barbecues, too.
