ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. ricotta
1/2 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 scant c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix cornstarch, flour, and sugar in small bowl. Mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, lemon juice, butter, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix one egg at a time into cheese mixture. Mix cheese mixture with dry ingredients a few tablespoons at a time. Grease spring form pan. Sprinkle pan with flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave in oven with door closed 1 hour. Open door and leaves in 1/2 hour.
