ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter

Take Ricotta cheese and put in bowl, add cream cheese and beat with mixer. Add sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add lemon and vanilla, flour and cornstarch; mix. Melt butter and add to batter. Mix. Last add sour cream. Grease pan, pour batter in. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool. Top with cherries, blueberries, pineapple.
