MISH MISH (APRICOT) CAKE 
30 (depending on size of pan) apricot halves
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
3/4 stick butter

Mix egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar and butter.

In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg whites to egg yolk mixture. Add flour and milk slowly.

Put entire mixture into greased and floured pan. Put on apricot halves. Bake at about 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. One-two minutes before done, put on the "top":

TOP:

1/2 c. sugar
About 1/2 stick butter

Mix until smooth. Put over apricots. Bake 1-2 minutes more.
