CRABMEAT NORFOLK 
Dash nutmeg
1 pt. lump crab
1 c. homemade mayonnaise, if bought, add juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. sherry or vermouth
1 pkg. frozen pastry shells
Paprika

Combine ingredients and fill shells. Sprinkle tops lightly with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Preparation takes 15 minutes. Serves 8.
