CHOCOLATE LASAGNE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant pudding
3 c. milk
Nuts, optional

Mix together the butter and flour; spread on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Whip together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over cool crust. Mix together pudding and milk. Beat for 1-2 minutes. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Add remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Refrigerate.
