APPLE BUTTER CAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. apple butter
2 1/2 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour milk

Cream Crisco and sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat until fluffy. Stir in apple butter. Sift all dry ingredients and add to cream mixture, alternately with milk. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. For extra flavor add 3 tablespoons apple butter to 10X sugar icing.
