LIGHT LUNCH SALAD WITH PITA BREAD | |
1 head chopped lettuce 1 red onion, thick sliced 1 cucumber, thin sliced 6 to 8 lg. black olives, sliced 1 tomato, sliced 10 red and 10 green grapes, sliced 1/4 to 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 4 to 6 pita bread Add all ingredients in bowl and toss. Add red wine vinegar; coat mixture and drain. Chill. Put desired amount of mixture into pita bread and serve immediately. |
